Victoria Karr
I am a Fashion Designer from St. Petersburg, one of Europe’s largest, most opulent cities, and a place of great history, culture and artistic achievement. I attended the St. Petersburg State University of Technology and Design, from which I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Fashion Design. In addition to being of of Europe’s finest educational institutes, it has close ties with fashion universities in Germany, Italy, France, and Holland, schools that also maintain the classical traditions of European Fashion.
